Excellent learning curve
The benefits that the company gives is really good. My relationship with Co-workers not that good where by they have a problem with me do not know why since I started working there and got promoted for a 40 hour position. I've leant a lot and still learning each day. What I do enjoy where by I challenge myself with one of my co-workers by opening more accounts and improve my retail skills every day

At Totalsports you must be fit, have energy, be prepared for customer queries and just assistant customers. Give a clear picture of the brand in store. Yes some customers are difficult but try as much as you can to solve complaints. Be a person who can multitask because you can be expected to be a cashier wherelse you also have your own target to reach. Solving customer queries is what I enjoy the most. I find it difficult for me to be working on weekends and holidays. Also be friendly to your customers and build a strong relationship so that they can come back again. It's a good company with great experience.
Pros: Working hard and always feeling exhausted. Talking too much, working while standing if you're not used to it it's a problem.

Good learning curve
Good company to work at which doesn't have alot of opportunities coming to growth and the business is ran by emotions most of the time which is unethical and I don't want to see myself is such a workplace.back to back basics are great and the is alot to learn from as long your willing and able to work under pressure.the place is vibrant and wants a person who can handle different personalities and patient coming to give best customer service,you have to be able to work under pressure and be a problem solver fast

Am a specialist and i also assist in admin and at the same time i assist customers at the floor
Working at a retail made me a stronger person because i am able to handle pressure and i can deliver what is needed to our customers and working at totalsports made me to learn many things that can take me on the other level of the career that i want to do.

Welling to learn
