At Totalsports you must be fit, have energy, be prepared for customer queries and just assistant customers. Give a clear picture of the brand in store. Yes some customers are difficult but try as much as you can to solve complaints. Be a person who can multitask because you can be expected to be a cashier wherelse you also have your own target to reach. Solving customer queries is what I enjoy the most. I find it difficult for me to be working on weekends and holidays. Also be friendly to your customers and build a strong relationship so that they can come back again. It's a good company with great experience.

Pros: Working hard and always feeling exhausted. Talking too much, working while standing if you're not used to it it's a problem.
Cons: Long hours on weekends

Good

I had the best experience working with people and getting educated about sales I’ve learnt so many things I’ve learnt a lot about customers. And I enjoyed working with people and also being a team leader I had a wonderful work relationship with my colleagues

Being in retail for a number of years has literally taught me a lot about working with people.

The company I worked for basically didn't have room for development and froth. They didn't treat people right . They didn't understand the values of people who worked for them. This made it very uneven in the company work place.

Pros: To develop and expand my skills.
Cons: Working hard with no development or growth opportunities

I learned to work as a team and to work with all type of personalities

My relationship with my co_workers was excellent as we spend more of our time at work we have to be so customer can feel welcomed in store.I have learned to work with all type of personalities, to reach target,to open accounts,customer strategies,product knowledge(kpis).I enjoyed working with customers,canvassing,selling.the most challenging aspect of the job is when us as team work so hard and at the end they don't show appreciation or motivation so that you can work more harder

Excellent experience

It's a figures driven company that has hungry employees for success and so far I have paved my way through hard work from being a casual employee to a Store Manager. It took me 3 years to be a Manager and am still hungry for more new adventure or opportunities.
