I am a team player I enjoy my work I enjoy working with different individuals and charactors because they help me to grow and be able to understand that as people we are not the same.i also like that when i started working for this company it was a complete defferent environment all together but i fitted so well and now i am at home i just only need change again to work in a different environment and with different duties. We work so well with my colleagues. I have learned to work with different accounts for different departments and know exatelt which account is for which department. I have also learned not to be confused. The challange i have found is that as afront person in the company i had to be able to take punches from the customers from the damage tha t was done by other colleagues of mine but have handled the verry well. i also loved the ceo lunch that we normally have like in every after three months where we were are given an opportunity to ask our md questions

My name is Nomalanga currently working as a Creditors clerk at Tourvest Travel Services for Five years now. I have been processong COD's, weekly and monthly payments. I am goal-driven person, dedicated and a team player always will to learn and go extra-mile on helpinh others.

Pros: Good experience as I have oppoetunity on learning other people's

Profound

Tourvest is a profund company given the diversity of the employees race wise, it gives one a prospect to learn other races and interaction as well. i get along with almost everyone in my department and I respect my colleagues regardless of age nor race. Mondays,Wednesday and Fridays are the worst days when it comes to payments. those are the typical days of being a pre-paynment comtroller. I have learnt to be persistent, hardworking, determination and sincere. I enjoy what I do, not better than Graphic design but i found the love and passion for finance. The most challenging part of the most is the 3 days mentioned above, within those days, one needs to be clear minded for omitting mistakes and slacking time wise.

Excellent learning curve

The typical company I am working for is 1.co-ordinate environment 2.Synergy environment 3.people are enthusiastic 4.culture diversity I have a good relationship my co-workers,I have learnt a lot in working under pressure,and learning how to meet deadlines. I enjoyed working here because we are a mixture of different people where we learned a lot about other cultures. The most challenging aspect in my job is when i get incomplete documents from other departments and it delays me in processing the payments meaning to pay the supplier and the person need to check in.

Pros: Great opportunity in growing
Cons: other departments submitting work late

Good Company to work for

Exciting, Members of Parliament with different Diversity & Cultures, Great Teamwork, Learnt patience, understanding & listening skills enhanced + Love all the interaction Challenges - dealing irate Clients but mainly due to them not listening and reading what info was given correctly.

Learning curve and experiences

I enjoy working in my company and the people are great, good relationship, most people get along well with each other. On a typical working day you do what is expected of you no one come up to you and asks, we just do according to our work for the day. I have learned a lot, excel and the systems that we work on, how to calculate vat and a lot from my manage as well. I enjoy a challenge and working hard when we are under pressure but mostly I enjoy working as a team. Challenging aspects are deadlines when we need to get more invoices out in a short period of time but I try my best to even work extra hours.

Tourvest Travel services it is a good company to work for. They grwo people internally by sending them for courses go. Furthere, they pay a very goos salary, they lso incentify their staff. We do site inspection to experience the product we selling.od company to work for

Operating a board from joburg kzn and cape town that is a great experience for me

Tourvest travel services is a food company to work for. It has given me a great opportunity and the environment there is awesome and the people there are great and fun to work with. I meet new people every day my communication skill are growing everyday. The most challenging part with my work is that I am not suppose to make a mistake and that I take punches from the clients for the sins I have not commuted almost everyday but that has built my charactor.

Pros: about promotion im not so sure about it because even when ia peson aoply do other positions they always decline
Cons: working hours are 8am - 5pm

Experience for 5 years

I have a good relationship with people I am working with although sometime there are challenge where people take advantage of you by not following the procedures. however I always stick to procedures in order to protect myself. I always meet my deadlines as being set. I real enjoy working with my team

Pros: the growth oportunuity is not big as you can rotate in finance being a controller/clerk or an accountant
Cons: we normal work 9 hours no overtime unless you want to meet your deadlines

Wonderfu experience

I am a receptionist and a switchboard operator but also a personal assistant to everyone in and external clients. excel in customer service and I love it so much. My role is a very hectic one and for that reason I have to think fast act fast and be energetic at all times and I have to be able to work and understand every personality that I work with and come across in the office. I also am a peoples person and always ready to learn as I'm always learning everyday and I am an open minded person and a hard worker always ready to assist. My position has taught me so much: to be independent to take charge Respect and reliability

Pros: This company has taught me to be independant and to be responsible
Cons: above all it has taught me patience.
