Excellent learned curve
We start working from 8 to 4 we've got an hour for lunch and tea breaks sometimes we don't even have time to take our breaks the way its busy.We eat while working .Placing order with the suppliers making sure parts are delivered in time if suppliers doesn't have stock or these a delay since weorder from Japan we organization a car hire while waiting. We are only 8 in our department we routed every morning we have a meeting to discuss our daily job to meet the target and make our customers happy. We work independently and have a good relationship with our dealership and warehouse staffs. I've learned that having a good attitude with people makes work easier.Respect and integrity is the key in work place.

Good growth
Good and friendly staff, encouraged to study, typical old people not easy to handle but they need patients and to be understood if you put your personal feelings aside you do learn a lot from them. Bieng thought to work under pressure and deal with different difficult clients but above all there's lot of opportunity for growth and the employer takes good care of their employees.

Excellent experience for production and quality filled
I'm a person who learn fast who committee him self to what he does. I interact with all of my stuff members. the most challenging time it's when i have to convince our customers if manager and supervisor is not available. What I've learnt in my job is to be a good listener and be patient to our customers at all times.

A great learning opportunity
