A great learning opportunity

Working here is very exciting it's like you are in school U learn something new everyday. The people I work with are always will to discuss and share information. No matter how much you may think you know there's a lot you don't know. I enjoy coming up with ideas to better the product

Junior millwright

I a millwright served for years experience at Toyota SA,in this four years I learnt more, in the plants different types of machines difference operations ,solving breakdowns , overhauling machines

Working as a senior storeman for six years was my biggest highlight of my career.

I am a hardworking person with a strong leadership skills and a fast leaner.i am willing to lean in any industry that i come across, to be given a chance to show my skills will be great toyota is a big company that groom you for a bigger world that me. thank you in advance

I have extensive experience in a distribution division and a logistics division from Toyota SA I am proficient in parts transfer and order processing. I am an honest person with ability to take the initiative and can perform well in a team.

Great hands on work experience

I have been with Toyota from 2017. Having changed from department to department I have gain various experience from maintenance department, production engineering department and purchasing department. Except that all these roles where all on contracts basis.

You dnt really grow

Its a good company bt you have to educate yourself aside because no much skills you get ,you do one easy hard job over and over like making mud for house building.

I have learn about safety to take care of tools and working with others

I was doing Safety module how to keep company safety and other equipment .woking with other people.Learn to take care of tools such as power tools .Create our own workpiece .I had learn respect and co operation .To work with other people.Learn how to face challege

Pros: Its a hug company that produce many cars per hour that extimete up to 200 per day.Produce high professional employee who gain good experience in the company.They produce high quality of product and services

Excellent learning

I work 24/7... with no days off or no over time.. I dont get annual leave. I see and manage everything under my own capability.. I work alone with no assistance.

Pros: no opportunity for promotion
Cons: long hours
