I am a diligent and skilled IT professional who has been consistently praised as a hard working individual by my co-workers and management. Experience in leisure and corporate
I have a 4 years experience in leisure and 1 year experience in Corporate. Currently doing corporate bookings at Twf and before was at Thompsons Holidays for 4 years doing leisure.

Excellent learning curve
It’s a great place to work at however interms of salary I feel that we are under paid. We are not given the opportunity to explore. I mean the environment is a great work to work at no stress or whatsoever but green pastures are needed at this stage.

Great my team. Start with reports send reports to senior management. Allocated payments recieved. Wake the floor and engage with staff. Identify problems and find solutions.

I have full knowledge on full credit controller funtion.
I am currently enjoying at TWF and I have gained lots of experience and knowledge on dealing with customer and working as a team. I have built a good relationship with my clients and I enjoy working with them daily . I enjoy collection and dealing with different customers most because I come across difficult and nice client everyday and it also teach me how to handle them in a different way.

Excellent learning curve
Being a travel consultant is very stressful, but if you enjoy what you do, you do it with a smile. You always work under pressure as a travel consultant, but I enjoy every minute of it. The most that I would say that I thoroughly enjoy is making my clients happy all the time. If they are upset, changing it around and making them smile. I love the fact that I am able to build lovely professional relationships with my clients and retain them. In travel you learn every day. My job is challenging everyday but that is the beauty of it.

Never give up always try something new. Always learn something different
First istocheck emails any queries came through, second pull your age analysis, work on old to new ,reconcile, submit for payments follow up with supplier's

Cons: Non payment of supplier cause a ripple effect to the creditors
