It was a great learning opportunity. I have grown so much since I started working at the company.

Every day had new challenges but it was always overcome. I had great colleagues and we all had a good supportive relationship. A lot was learned and I am truly grateful for being a part of the team for so many years. What I enjoy most is to be really busy, I enjoy working hard and always trying to find better solutions for getting something done. The most challenging were things that had to be done but out of your control, example waiting for other people etc.

Excellent learning

I am a fresher and I want to prove myself, I want to enhance my knowledge on this platform I believe in honesty and taking risks to go ahead in life. I believe I can put an effective contribution to your organisation with the following reasons, my hard work ability and quick to pick up new skills. My ability is to get this job. Lastly my willingness is to learn and improve, I think ahead and consider myself as a perfectionist yet I do make mistakes and I learn from my mistakes.

Hard working and dedicated

A typical day for me at work will be, to draw the age analysis of the necessary accounts I require payment/s from. Look at what has been receipted and do the necessary payment allocation, to update the account status. I supervise our billing department to ensure they do hat they are supposed to, to ensure enough cash flow can be generated for the month. I work closely with all departments, creditors and invoicing and report directly to my financial manager. I have learnt a lot on how to approach people, especially when it comes to money and that each person needs a different approach. I love the relationships I've built with my clients and I hate begging for money, explaining the same thing a million times knowing they know the rules of business.

Excellent at meeting targets and time management

I am hard working, motivated,passionate young woman. Whom prioritise her work and always give a 100+ at what she does. Very good at time management and meeting deadlines, always willing to assist around excluding my job. Have a great personality can mingle and work in a group well.

Pros: always look for opportunities that will expand my knowledge and with my career
Cons: always willing to work late and weekend if needed to be

I'm a hard worker

I enjoy working with people, working in group with a very good group and a very good environment.. Making suppliers happy with the payment Communicating with the supplier , building a good working relationship,and always keep it professional.

Learning curve

its emotionaly draining to much work no growth its not a bad company, but compared to when i joined it, the benefits have droped and work load is adding up every day but our salary remains the same

Excellent company to work for

It's a great company to work for but there's very blurred guidelines in terms of your role in the position you hlod. Senior team leaders also have an issue with communication and assuming senior roles

Learning Curve

I started working for TWF 2013, I enjoyed working here from day one. What I like most is to meet different people at all levels from the CEO to secretaries. I have got such a wonderful relationship with my clients as well as my co-workers. I have work with big clients like. Department of Human Settlement National Office, (DHS) Department of Public Enterprise (DPE) National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) South African Civil Aviation (SACAA) Independent Communication Authority of South Africa (ICASA)

Cons: Money is not enough
