Great ground to kick start a career in Mechanical
Work day would be days of research to involve peojects. We believe in team work as well as developing as an individual to work on your own. I have learned that you always have to keep yourself update with information in the Engineering field and validate information at all times I enjoyed learning and the challenges would be at time you will work longer hour that expected to mean deadlines

Working there has taught me to be patient and understnding
As I was the arbitrator between students and lectures we had to solve different problems that students were facing and sometimes it was difficult to resolve other matters as they wanted things that were not even possible but I have learned to be patient and understanding as we all face different issues and cannot resolve them alone we need team work everything will be resolved in a manner where we are all satisfied

It's a good learning experience
Sis a good learning experience but the is a quite number of challenges that one may experience in trying to grow with the environment since the first is the institution so there no more information about the work environment like the industry can provide so more and more challenges arrise like mismanagement of resources and other significant things required for the continues production of certain things

Excellent Learning Curve
A simple 9-5 working day business format with a great environment and collegues. i have never had any fall outs with anyone since i believed in resolving any conflicts verbally as they arised so that it does not affect the working environment we are in. i have learnt how do use social media for business purposes and also how to use some of google's tools to promote a business.

Excellent learning curve
I am a very optomistic individual. I am very ambitious and a good candidate for Micr obiology or any science laboratory. I am interested in troubleshooting and results thereof. I had this zeal to do work under science at a tender age. Since then i have realized my dream and wish, which i hope to persue with any interested institution.
Pros: I am very ambitious and can work very well even under pressure
Cons: I give much efforts on specific details and gets impatient when projects run beyond deadline
