Excellent learning curve
as a mentor i worked 19 hours week and as a contact centre admission agent i work only on a 2 -3 month basis in the beginning of the year. The environment at TUT is not hostile supervisors are willing to help and colleagues are professional because we are taught to be professional at all times, what i enjoyed the. most was helping students with their admissions and i enjoyed being a mentor when my mentees passed. the hardest part of this jobs was working under pressure everyday especially during exam times and registration periods it required flexibility but then I'm used that environment and I'm flexible

Excellent learning
I was helping lecturer to mark students script and help students with projects, assignment and others. I was enjoying working with students because you will laugh the whole day.And enjoying helping other people who come need assistance about application.My relationship with my colleagues it was good like family on me,because our manager he was treat us equal if you did something wrong he discipline you with manners or love. When working with people you must always have a positive attitude or mood because if you are harsh people will never love working with you.And because it was my first time be on working environment I was enjoying and understanding how to work with people you must always be patient because other people come to test you.

Great experience
I'm a student doing my degree. I had an experiential learning at Rosina Sedibane Sport school for 6months, I was taking calls, typing documents and taking messages. I respected my fellow workers and worked wonders with them. I have learnt how to work with people and how to approach them.
Pros: wonderful opportunity to be recognised.

Apply the policy and procedure of the organization
I enjoy working with different levels of employees including the ground until to the management. I believe my relationship with my co-workers is good in the sense that I can put myself in their shoes, being able to explain the company policy and procedures. I enjoy working with people from different background. I have learned that as an HR person, I need to be always be patient and be able to assist my co-workers until to the best of my ability. I enjoy reaching the goal of the organization. the challenging part is lack of resources even though I try so much not to frustrate me.

Excelent learning
The basic work is offering service to students, arranging meeting of students and lectures, taking of incoming calls from other departments and handing out study meterials to students. Had good relationship with co-workers is healthy for team work and will lead to meeting of targets. I leant plenty of things work place chalenges and factors. Basically meeting targets is the base of every company to be succefull, so thats what i enjoy most. The most challenging thing is work politics were some of workers are the favourates to the managements.

Excellent working conditions and allowed to exercise my knowledge.
I work for one of the best university of technoligies in South Africa. I am able to apply the human resources skills that I have acquired since I started working in 1998. I am able to apply my legal background because I recently attained a law degree. I enjoy working with unions and there is a good working relationship between all of them and myself. This leads to us reaching agreements easily, that are in the best interest of the University.
Pros: Great opportunities to learn and study further.
Cons: Unable to implement decisions where there is no clear line of delegation.

GOOD WORK ETHICS, INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP, TIME MANAGEMENT, NEGOTIATION TACTICS, PRIORITIZING TASKS,, TELEPHONE AND EMAIL ETIQUETTE, COMMUNICATION SKILLS. WORKING ENVIRONMENTS, RELATIONSHIP WITH CORE WORKERS AND SENIORS, INVOLVEMENT IN DECISION MAKING AND DEALING WITH DIFFICULT CLIENTS. WORK LOAD AND PRESSURE

Quick learner
I'm a person who is able to work under pressure and knows how to manage time,able to work individually and also in a group. I enjoying working in a group as different ideas are conbined. When i'm under pressure- meaning when I have alot in my plate, I start with the less ones so that I will fully concencrate in the heavy ones.

Excellent chemical engineering laboratory exposure
I describe my workplace as a challenging environment whereby I have to come with ideas and prove them. It a learning environment and it requires to be a team player always and always strive for the best. What i enjoy the most is different concept that i had proven lately in the laboratory and recycling certain materials and also cautious use of chemicals and other analyzing equipment's.
