Very interesting learning and makes a person to wish for more knowledge in leading
As you will see from my CV that I took part I some leadership skills development programs, I believe that I can be a valuable asset for your company. I took note of the experience required but even though I do not have an experiential learning but with the theory I have, I believe that I can be best as I'm also willing to learn more. I am a hard working person and I would do whatever it takes to deliver what the company needs. I also know that it would be hard to just believe what I say untill I do what I say... Giving me an opportunity to prove myself would not be a mistake and you would also tell after I've shown what I can do. Looking forward to hear your responds Madam or Sir
Pros: much interesting leadership learning i had
Cons: not appropriate environment for learning

Excellent learning curve
I was assisting students who were struggling with statistics and commercial Law.repeating chapters covered by the lecturers in class and going through possible questions and giving mentees better study methods. The relationship with co-workers was very good because we were assisting each other's mentees if the other one was absent. I have learnt that the more you help other the more you get to know other things and you will never stop learning because you learn a new thing everyday from the people you are assisting. I enjoy dealing with something that has accounting or maths. The most challenging was when the student were calling while I was busy too because I was a student too.
Pros: Great opportunity to become a lecturer
Cons: Lack of rewards
