I love the fast environment

It is a great company to work for. I love the pressure to maintain 100% uptime because time is money. My time at Tsogosun has nothing less then wonderful and I will be sad to leave.

Experience is king

It's great working at the frontline management and it's a great experience, I liked working with people doing customer service whilst managing self and my subordinates Problem solving is one of the best opportunities that I have to experience everyday of working, I liked it so much whilst learning new ways of doing that. Going to learn new ways of management skills is what I proud myself most and it's was a good schedule for going for such training.

I enjoyed working there. it was a very stressful environment.

I enjoyed working there. It was a fun environment. I a lot of team building exercises. They invest in the staff. it is a very stressful environment. I learnt alot and grow as an individual.

Excellent company ethnic

working at this kind of company exposed me to the reality of service excellent and to be driven to reach guest service satisfaction. even though satisfying all the guest is quite impossible working as a team has taught deliver service at my best ability and making sure i bring my A game every day. i have learnt such important skills while working in this company, the problem solving skill, team work skill, great communication skills. due to the fact that i am a person who likes developing myself i went back to university to develope my self in the industry of service as well as the education aspect of it. i am looking forward to jhearing from new because that will give me an opportunity to apply all that i have acquired and rwesearched about.

Im a long life learner

Im currently working for Tsogo Sun Hotel( Garden Court Umhlanga hotel). My position is a receptionist clerk, I deal with checking in guest, checking out guest, answering calls, making reservations, reconciling reports, handling cash, credit reports, hotel payments and guest attending to complains. I also have teaching experiencing since im studying education, i did teaching as part of my in service. I was teaching hospitality management at Swinton college.

It’s hard to satisfy all clients. One always has to deal with difficult clients on a daily basis.

A typical day at work is long and demanding. Yo have to be physically , mentally and emotionally mature to handle the high pressure’s on a daily basis. My co workers are okay to work with. We work on a professional level. I enjoy the belle ave benefits the most. The most challenging aspect of work is having to stay cal whenever clients start cursing or causing trouble because of whatever unfortunate experience they might have encountered.
