Our company is the best

I'm always keen to learn new things and challenge my self to be the best person I can ever be, my typical work days are sometimes very challenging because I get so many big challenge that I have to overcome

Pros: our company is so supportive towards its staff
Cons: long working hours can sometimes be 16 hours

Excellent learning curve

Excellent culture where you are challenged to no limit, each day is different with new and exciting challenges, I enjoy interacting with different kinds of people and learning so much from them and their departments.

Political learnings

I learnt that your abilities as worker or your performance at work doesn't me that much if u u dobt make friends with right people in order to further or keep ur career the company attracts great individuals but it brings life to the tern its who u know and not what u know.

Good culture and atmosphere. Opportunity to sharpen technical skills present.

The company presents an opportunity to work with a good team that works in harmony. Policies and Procedures are followed, even though not every aspect is covered by policies.

A place to grow.

Was a great place to start a career. Warm working environment and welcoming colleagues. Environment was excellent and a new challenge to tacjle. Ckients were difficult but learnt to resolve all complaints and was able to eork abnormal working hours and shifts.

Work overload

Good working environment however a bit over worked and no room for promotion or staff recognition.staff are over needed and no balance to family life and very litthe perks.

I love the fast environment

It is a great company to work for. I love the pressure to maintain 100% uptime because time is money. My time at Tsogosun has nothing less then wonderful and I will be sad to leave.

Learning cut e

I am a proactive person. I am also charismatic and have great interpersonal skills. I enjoy learning new concepts and love applying new skills. Enjoyed the people I've worked with. No accountability by supervisors which makes decisions long process
