Twizza gave me a growth opportunity and an excellent learning curve. They offered me a leadership position where I am able to use my previous skills and experience as an operator to good use by imparting it to my colleagues and also solving day to day challenges. Their modern technology is world class, thus making things so much easier and enjoyable at the same time. I am also able to learn something new everyday, either through interaction my colleagues or by solving problems on my own. At Twizza you are allowed the freedom to express your individual skills but you are also encouraged to be an integral part of the team, which is something I really enjoy.
