Extremely valuable experience

Working at Twizza is always fast paced and not always very clear as to what is expected from you as a Team Leader. The company is currently undergoing a restructure and an upgrade in the facility which has not been communicated effectively but has been an interesting period within the company. Currently I am involved in assisting with maintenance on the current production line and also with the preparation and training for the new production line. We address on a daily basis, staff attendance, housekeeping, health & safety, basic hygiene and all aspects concerning FSSC 22000 Health and Safety Standards. Compliance and quality play a critical role in the production process and is key in the production environment.

Pros: Fast -paced and constantly changing
Cons: No real opportunity for promotion or growth within the company

I have being so privileged to be part of the company that is open for new innovatio

I have being working with the team that respects and supports each other. In this business I have learnt that communication,building a trustworthy relationship and being reliable are the most important aspects of this business. The most part I enjoy about my job,is when I see a satisfied customer with our service and product. Challenging times is when trying to open an account of customer that has negative attitude towards the product or company.

Excellent learning curve

The most important thing i enjoyed most doing as to maintain the machinery. I looked forward to that every day. And by doing so i have learnt that when you maintain you machines its rare for faults and breakdowns to occur.

Training for brand manager

My everyday work like consonant of new learning curves everyday, dealing with agencies and customers and colleagues have taught me the value of being calm and treating each and every situation with utmost respect to achieve results. Being your best self everyday and giving it you all with the help from colleagues there and there will go along way..

Excellent learning curve

I am responsible for injection molding section and to make sure that I archive effeciency of 85% and waste lower than 0.5%. I do weekly stock count on Mondays and transferring of preforms from Injection department to packaging. My relationship with coworkers is excellent.

Entrepreneural Latitude

I enjoy working for Twizza based on the management latitude and responsibility that I am entrusted with to grow the regions I am responsible for. I also have great relationship with C-suite and have their support always.
