Card specialist

I was headhunted to launching their new Credit Card. At the time I joined they where far behind with the launch of there Debit Card and I had to apply my Debit Card skill. This included assist with the configuration of Smart Vista Card System as defined for TymeBank specific debit Card needs, Certifying the Card design and functionality with Visa. On top of this, I were involved in managing expectations related to timelines and conduct business and technology impact assessments – an area where I can comfortably performed to the satisfaction of my superiors and subordinates alike. Process flows, UAT testing with the industry, Visa, PicknPay and Boxer, provided input for training and operations. I also took responsible for the client statements, notifications to customers, including IT3b, file transition to SARS and SARB. I will not disappoint or give up on anything I started. I promote teamwork and believe a business cannot be built without working together.

Pros: Launching a Bank with a world class Bank as majority share holder was a good challenge and good opportunity.
Cons: Before I could prove myself, Commonwealth Bank of Australia withdrew from the SA market and all analyst were retrenched.

Know your product, be punctual, well dressed and always impress

The met to a good working environment is knowing how to deal with the customers always remember that the customer is queen and put in every little to keep the customer happy. Stay dedicated, punctual, neatly attired and confident at all times. Working for Tyme bank has gained me lots of experience on how to handle different personalities on different days how to deal woth conflict and how to solve a problem and keep a customer happy at all times. Confidence on approaching customers and always wearing a smile

It is great to work with Tymebank under Edge Field Marketing. The gave all training that is needed. To be able to sign up customers, escalate cases to Area Manager and escalate queries.

Excellent learning curve

I have previously worked in the Marketing departments for agency and non-agency companies Mortimer Harvey Agency and Tymebank , and I oversaw a wide variety of successful marketing campaigns. My primary goal was to increase brand awareness and reach new clients through social media, SEO practices, and traditional advertising platforms. Each marketing campaign was successful in raising interest and interaction with potential clients. I was able to achieve each marketing goal by working with other employees in a team-focused environment.

Great exposure

the company i currently work forpadded to my financial knowledge. i enjoy working for the company, however i am currently looking for a permamnet role, stability else where because i am a contractor at this stage

Good

Working at Tymebank was very good and helpful for me because it has grown to a better person i have a very strong personality now with a positive attitude I well spoken and can work with different race iam easy to work with people. It also teached me to maintain a good relationship with people I work wit and also produce good customer service. And obey by the values as brand ambassador. g

Excellent learning curve worth it

.Relationship with co-workers they were able to assist customers on my behalf that's the relationship we had. I have learned that we as people are different characters, backgrounds and how we see things. Customers queries helping a customer out the look that they give you best feeling ever, solving a problem. When a customer is panicking they are default to get through to and to clam them down

I work in a hectic environment I have to stand from morning till I knock off I have to recruit customers and I have great relationship with co workers . Work place
