I was part of PMO section to coordinate, that was task to build the 1st Digital Bank. ,
It was a very challenging project that I was involve with, to make sure that we meet Visa requirements. I manage to deliver and we passed all 3 milestones.

Pros: Getting incentive and Certificate of Recognition from TymeBank for exceeding sales targets as a brand ambassador.
Cons: Long working hours especially when you have to assist customers when you to go home.

I'm a understanding person and I am able to work under pressure.
It it it is a great company and we learn a lot about how to work with people and bettering yourself as a individual. We get to have a different view on how to work under pressure and to make strategic decisions and plan on the mark

Good learning experience
On a typical work day, I clean my money kiosk, assist customers with opening their tymebank accounts, assist them with any queries and challenges that they may face. I promote tymebank and give out flyers to customers. I learnt to be more outgoing and my communication skills improved a lot under tymebank. The most challenging aspect it's when there are electronic issues or problems with the system and the customers are not willing to understand and think it's fraudulent. So it becomes a challenge trying to explain to them and plead to them to be patient.

Great
Help customers open accounts. Get to engage with people of different attitudes and the work environment is dependent on the store u are placed in... There is too much competition amongst us, team work is promoted but usually one who work to impress.
