Uber taught me how to deal with customers and the city knowledge I know almost the whole Gauteng since I have been with uber for past 3years I have gained lot of experience dealing with good and bad customers

Exceĺlent learning experience.
I It is a typical long day work as it involve only a commission at the end of day .one has to work until you have raised a commission of two hundred rand a day at least althrough it is not easy to make a day. We have good relationship with my other co-workers . Mostly i have learned a lot in terms of customer relationship and a clear understanding of how to deal with a very diffficult customer. The most challenging aspect is to deal with the racist approach of same customers which is mostly a daily bread in this job.

A good learning curve
I have learnt a lot since i work for them, i have learnt how to profesionaly interacted with clients and to use a map throughly and a lot of place or route i now know.

Safe driving, communication, time management, and customer service
Its a great opportunity to know parts of Gauteng. I have learnt that you need to be patient in life. I enjoy driving tourists around Gauteng. I also have learnt that days are not the same. I have learned alot from my work mates.
