very passionate individual who enjoy working as a team and strive to learn new things from experts. at my current employment i work with people, my job is to take people to their destination such as to the airport, work, school and to the meeting.working with people it has never been easy but i do manege as i mentioned on my first sentence that my current need a very patient individual.

Bad experience
Uber has become very dangerous for drivers. Drivers are being killed on a weekly to monthly basis for the little money they make.The relationship between drivers was very respectful and great to see so much people can come together and support each other however crime was always there to scare drivers off and stop working because the money is not worth risking your life. I have learnt that doing uber driving is probably one of the most dangerous jobs out there and its not worth risking your life for after seeing close loved ones get killed for small pocket change. I did enjoy meeting new people and going different places but it had become too dangerous to enjoy. now drivers have to worry about safety on every trip they take.
Pros: Great opportunity to work on your own with flexible hours.
Cons: Very very dangerous.

Uber to give drivers opportunity to by in shares within the uber group
Longing on app. My colleagues find me easy to talk to. Learned patients that people is comfortable being driven from and to destinations for there own safety and safety for others and to save on the petrol price. engaging with different people, races and cultures. Rude clients that doesn't respect other and themselves.

Disciplinary, character building and customer relation ethical
Uber is a shuttle company where experienced drivers with cars rent an app, in which is used to interact with customers seeking rides to any destination of their choice. It's an enjoyable industry only if you're a disciplined, grounded, respectful, friendly, target driven and hard working person who is not afraid of challenges of dealing with other people's deferent moods. A typical day is when you start your day with short trips which would rate less than your expectations/targeted amounts which would frustrate you or push you to pulling up your socks because that kind of start threatens the chances of reaching your target on time if still achievable. Co-workers relation is more healthy like brotherhood and sisterhood since it is a newly introduced line of work for most employees. It's a challenging and unsafe line of work (public transportation) because it's disapproved by competition. I love socializing and meeting different people everyday.
Pros: Great opportunity to one on one interviews with the market for research, social and business.

Faster learning
I have noticed that I am a fast learner since I am working with people with different characters,and working extra hours more than usual but still have a gud cooperation with them and make sure they home safe,I enjoy when my clients they happy about my service and socializing because I get to learn alot on them ,the most challenging its to handle moody people s but I keep remaining humble,kind and professionaly.
