I am a highly motivated individual with experience in all facets of Supply Chain Management as well as Customer Service Excellence. My current role as a Process Control Specialist has enhanced my management and business-partnering skills, as it requires me to communicate and report across all levels of the organisation. I am goal oriented and deadline driven which enables me to tackle tasks, produce results timeously and lead in any environment. One of the key aspects of my role incorporates responsibility for monitoring and controlling the end-to-end Order To Cash process to detect issues and communicate to relevant parties for proactive resolution, whilst achieving and exceeding Fixed service level targets. Responsibilities extend to all countries that the South African Hub service, namely: Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, CDI, Ghana and Nigeria. Included in this process is preparing for and reporting on KPI’s monthly.

Excellent experience and avenue

I process orders for customers and and ensure that customers get their orders on time at their specified delivery dates, if there are delays I a then try rectify situation by offering to get stock the followinh day if need be. There is always an aim of keeping the customer happy at all times.

I am an industrial engineering graduate with WCM (TPM) experience and maintenance planning.

I am a hard working individual. I work well in team as I do individually. I ambitious, I enjoy solving problem. I still seek growth in the field of engineering. I am a fast learner and still want more challenge in maintenance planning .

Perfect for a first time

It's a good company to work for since its global company and it puts a boost on your CV. Adjustable working hours (8 hour shifts). And I have a good relationship with my colleagues. The job can be very challenging because you have to do different jobs at a time and have to work long hours during pick season.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Ergonomics work conditions

It's been an excellent learning curve.

I have had the great honour that most would wish for to work for this company and I have learnt so much about being accountable for so much. The key rule of the customeralways being satisfied has been learnt and almost perfected. With all that being said i think its time now to move on to other avenues as complacency has never been a good thing.

Improvement and making a difference within my company.

I really gained a lot with Unilever in terms of safety working conditions, quality checks ,working as team,giving your handover to the other shifts ,knowing the importance of OEE nd meeting your targets everyday and improving in were ever you working.it is a great experience though but iv leant a lot. Thnk u
