Fast paced environment with steep learning curves.

There is a great amount of autonomy, and ability to make decisions. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and not in silo's. Fast paced environment, means constant learning. Most challenging aspects of the job is the current very broad scope of the role.

Life at Unilever

It is great working for Unilever because we are really like a family at Indonsa. I work in the SHE Department & on a daily basis people expect us as SHE team to provide a safe environment for all. What I learnt to to really listen to people before making a statement. I love the engagements & training with employees. We do have alot of challengers on site but we have a great team that always overcomes all challenges and the fact that we have a team that we can rely on.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth, The Spirit of Indonsa.
Cons: Allowing people to focus on their strengths rather than giving them something knowingly they are weak at and that they can fail in.

I have learnt a lot on sales like that a sales process is a sale when money is in the bank. I enjoy my job because of the interaction with different types of customers.
