LEARNING CURVE , TEAMWORK EXPERIENCE. MOTIVATION WHILE WORKING UNDERPRESSURE
A typical work day for me its going in and answering telephones communication is essential when working people , teamwork needs an exchange of ideas thoughts and motivation. i have learnt attributes which build me and can build those around me for effective and efficient work. i enjoy communicating on the phone whether it be a furious or concerned client the calm and timid effect i create that the total ambiance is positive brings joy. i also enjoy challenges because i learn and discover new things about myself . different people from different backgrounds with different personalities joined together for a specific goal , misunderstandings and miscommunication occurs a lot but it is also a good challenge to strengthen you humility, meekness, tolerance and dedication.

Excellent working experience so far and iam willing to learn to up my experience more.
I do not enough experience to get the job, but I do promise, I am willing to learn and have experience. I have good energy to get through everything I face. I promise if I do get the job, I will learn and do my job correctly if not sure about a certain thing, ask for assistance for the sake of the company. I aim to put the company first and work with passion. Thank you.

Working in team,time management.
Working at Unisa was a great opportunity, it was great work meeting new challenges at some point what I like it, working in groups where I have learn that people are unique an I have to understand each individual's personality, an my challenge was working with people who do not want to take advice an only prioritize their own view without considering other input.

It is great way to begin in Academia.
The executives give a lot of support to subordinates. This proves to be conducive also to the work they do. This was an experience full of challenges but rewarding in skills building. However, I am dying to make a change to corporate.

Planning for each day as one meet students in various places. Lots of travelling. Making appointments. Meeting held before supervision. provide feedback. Collect all forms filled. File them. Compile travel records. Make submission to University weekly. Learnt the importance of communication. Enjoy meeting different people in their work place. Travelling daily is the challenge
