Creative and a exellant problem solver
I normally have an early start around between 6:30 am and 7:30 am depending on what needs to be done. I normally start early if I need to do a lot of mental work. I like to do those early in the morning so that I can get feedback as quick as possible and to gage my thinking with knowledgeable people. I do spend sufficient amount of time in discussion with colleagues to test ideas and learn. There is always an element of research in my work during the day whether it is to find the latest trends or to learn more about a subject or an idea. What enjoy the most is this process of discovery and application of initiatives. The most challenging aspects of my job is to ensure buy in and change management which almost always seem to lack in IT projects.

Excellent learning curve and productive
I learnt a lot at this company privacy & confidentiality as we are working in a restricted area very sensitive documents, worked in the enquiry area whereby I used to assist students and lecturers affairs and address their matter to get the solution or escalate the matter that I can't handle. I have high professional skills towards co-workers team spirit to meet our main goals. Most I enjoyed meeting the target or deadlines. Most challenging job that need full focus or attention as mentioned at the above we are working with sensitive documents.

Excellent curve learning
A typical work day was when students submiting their assignments on the last day of the closing date and the marks must be captured before the end of the day on the system. My relationship with co-workers was a good one because we were working together as a team to make sure that we achieve the main goal of the company. I have learnt that when i work i must always give out the best.And working with student wasnt easy because they submit thier assignments after the closing date but that taught me patient towards my work. The most thing that i have enjoyed was capturing the assignments and examination marks on the system and also indexing assignments on the student system. The most challenging aspect was when busy working then we will experience the difficulty with the network being down, it will cause delays in terms of delivery to the company.

Excellent learning curve
I was being previously employed by two of the most prominent organizations, that is, National Treasury and the University of South Africa. The experience I gained has attributed to my success as an individual. I believe in accuracy, responsibility, been reliable thus priding myself and receiving total customer satisfaction. With all this attained experience and skills, I know that I will serve as a valuable asset to which ever organization I am appointed for. I am also committed to service delivery and excellence.

Excellent learning curves,room for growth, nice and professional people
Flexible working hours, paying well and good working environment, salary perks is interesting, working individual and with a group,company culture including respecting and zere tolerance to any threat of some kind, normal hours and good environment.

Excellent learning curve. I need a new career path
I loved my job at DCS but needed a new career path. I enrolled at Unisa to further my studies and to implement new challenge in my career path. I would be so humbled to be given an opportunity to work at a new enviroment

Excellent professional speaking skills
I have a good relationship with my colleagues and everyday i learn new ways of doing things precisely because most of my colleagues are coming from in the industry and are CFA chart holders. I enjoying teaching the Equity Asset Valuation subject and also doing equity research analyses

Very good environment to work at, friendly and professional leaders.
It's a great institution I don't have anything more I can say about it, I've learnt so much, gained so much growth from the people I was being supervised by.

Excellent learning curve
A typical working day included supervising field workers who are interviewing people over the phone, also making the same phone calls. Some times doing data capturing and working on the computer, I am able to use Ms word and Excel spread sheet. Doing preparations for focus group discussions. Welcoming clients in the office and directing them. Preparing refreshments for them. Relationship with my co-workers has been excellent I have never had any problems with any of them. I have learnt a lot, Working with people and leading them with no problems, also working in an office environment. What I enjoyed the most is working with different people everyday and learning new things. It was exciting. The most challenging was the long working hours.
