Excellent learning
Attend to our many stakeholders which are student, with a different kind of issues mainly registrations and issues that include teaching and learning. Excellent team-player with the group that strives in exercising care and communication, I have learnt to a patient with others since all are not wired the same. Quite a time and reading. Dealing with difficult individuals.

Creative and a exellant problem solver
I normally have an early start around between 6:30 am and 7:30 am depending on what needs to be done. I normally start early if I need to do a lot of mental work. I like to do those early in the morning so that I can get feedback as quick as possible and to gage my thinking with knowledgeable people. I do spend sufficient amount of time in discussion with colleagues to test ideas and learn. There is always an element of research in my work during the day whether it is to find the latest trends or to learn more about a subject or an idea. What enjoy the most is this process of discovery and application of initiatives. The most challenging aspects of my job is to ensure buy in and change management which almost always seem to lack in IT projects.

It is great way to begin in Academia.
The executives give a lot of support to subordinates. This proves to be conducive also to the work they do. This was an experience full of challenges but rewarding in skills building. However, I am dying to make a change to corporate.

Excellent learning area
I am pleased to be an applicant and working under UNISA has made me gain more experience in working with people as I've been assisting students when they encounter certain problem. I also learnt that it is very important to have a good relationship with other co-workers and a great personality for them to approach you. Being a volunteer has also made me aware of barriers that I might face at a working environment. As Am also a part time student doing Bachelor in Education it easy for me to make a good relationship with people around me.

Good hard working
The working environment is good an able to meet new people an learn more about their back ground, give more opportunity to learn new skills, working at Unisa is or was a great opportunity no stress, as I worked good hours which is 5 hours a day, I would like to see myself as be the part of the staff members
