Chance to self equipt

I have been working at UPD for more than 5 months, it is a good learning curve as it a fast paced company in the industry. everyone is sociable hence it makes it easy to keep up with the work pace.

MINOR

I work in a pharmacy company, in returns clerk position. crediting the client with the stock their not happy with. making sure that the stock returned by the customer is correct and not damaged, all the paper work is done and filled properly and the customer gets a full amount of what they returned. I've learned to handle and understand people as i work with clients every day. and improved on my computer skills. I enjoy been appreciated the most after doing the good job and given tasks to do.

Customer care

My job entails processing orders daily and logging customer queries. Work with key account managers warehouse and managers to ensure correct order gets to the customer. Work with acciunts department with regards release of orders.

Pros: Exposure to medication
Cons: No perks

Excellent learning curve

UPD is a very good company as it provides service to the people and has given me a chance to interact with people on a daily basis and i have learned a lot of things about a computer as i did three courses with computer included but never got a chance to actually work on it until i came to UPD. I enjoy working at this company and give my all everyday as i love interacting with people this place gives me platform to do that everyday. My co-workers are great people as we learn from each other daily . I would not be applying from another job if only UPD paid better salaries as most of us are parents and breadwinner and have a lot of responsibilities on our shoulder

Hard worker and work well under supervision. And able toake decision on my own

Fast learner

I enjoy this kind of work because I save lives each and everyday. But I'm looking forward to doing something new for a change. I need something which will encourage me to go to work each and every day .i have a great relationship with my Co workers and it's so love working with them.I need a place of work where I'll b appreciated for what I do.

Fast culture learning

Working at UPD taught me a lot about pharmaceutical industry that whatever you do you need to keep on mind that you saving people's lives. No mistakes should happen because one mistake one family can lose their loved ones. I've learned inventory management system, supply chain system as well as company's standard operations procedures(SOP's)
