I work in a pharmacy company, in returns clerk position. crediting the client with the stock their not happy with. making sure that the stock returned by the customer is correct and not damaged, all the paper work is done and filled properly and the customer gets a full amount of what they returned. I've learned to handle and understand people as i work with clients every day. and improved on my computer skills. I enjoy been appreciated the most after doing the good job and given tasks to do.

hard working indivisual accurate and target driven like working with people can work with or without supervision ensure orders picked accurately dispatch orders before cut off time ensuring workspace is up to date checking the trip sheet of orders picking and packing of orders

Fast culture learning

Working at UPD taught me a lot about pharmaceutical industry that whatever you do you need to keep on mind that you saving people's lives. No mistakes should happen because one mistake one family can lose their loved ones. I've learned inventory management system, supply chain system as well as company's standard operations procedures(SOP's)

Termination of contract

Being a stock controller is to do daily counts,count stock accurate, check the stock is not damaged, or expired,assist with the short, investigate if not found on the bin, housekeeping is good, temperature, always communicate if found any fault or extra stock.always check the stock balance and no complaints.

Specific , realistic and time bound

Receiving stock, Stock checking, Credit passing, filing, emails Customer Relations Management (CRM) and problem solving. I'm friendly , reliable and working as a stake-holder. i have learn how to handle internal customer . i enjoyed for being part of solving crm .

Pros: i became a team leader

Team player easy to adapt and also good in preparing dishes hot ones and again m easy to work with cause i am not hotheaded and dd i mention that i am good in what i do....just give me a chance to prove myslf
