Very versatile environment filled with oppotunities for growth.elivates the employees communication skills due to the masses of different customers one has to interact with on a daily basis. Problem solving is priority when dealing with an angry customer effeciently. It is very important to pay attention to detail because people have different needs when entering the invironment there it is our responsibility to try and meet every guest expectaion.

Good learning experience

Ushaka marine world is such a good company,they deal with life supporting systems to oceon animals such a good experience, but as for technical side we were working with pumps that draws water from the sea and we use biofilter, protein skimmer and sand filter for the purpose of purification of dirty in sea water. Each filter have it own pump so we maintain those pumps and overhaul them if it needed to and in case mechanical seal broke maybe bearing had burnt we must change both

Excellent learning curve

Working for UShaka Marine World is very much exciting as it has made me grow more and know more about day to day running of the park since UShaka is a theme park that comprises wth two exclusive parks namely "wet n wild" and Sea world. Excitingly the entire Park comprises with more than Ten(10) departments which ensure the smooth sailing of this company.

Great experience

I have learned so many things such as working well with the team, how to deal with customers queries, how to handle unhappy customers, how to work under pressure. I had an excellent relationship with coworkers. Enjoy my work when a customers problem is been solved and the customer is happy.

Pros: I have gain so much experience in customer service and I have grown as a person and employee.

Excellent learning curve

Extremely busy during the festive periods. Good team spirit around the park. Learnt how to manage events. Fun environment, working outdoors. Too many deadlines for certain tasks. Too many controls.

uShaka Marine world it is a Thim park that most poeple come to have for to;so my job is to make sure that people are get Entertain when they are at uShaka.

Pros: I never get any promotion yet
Cons: yea I normal work extra hours because somtimes we having events that will end at night so I have to work for those long Hours

Excellent work ethics

I very much enjoy working in a team, it allows more space and back up. I often very much work providing information to guests, and its very crucial that all information given is correct. Challenges arrive at times, when the digital marketing department decides to put in the web information that has yet been communicated to us, however we find ways to handle that.

Pros: Good work exposure
Cons: Less pay
