Great working experience

It’s a wonderful working experience as we deal with a variety of guests and it requires lots of interaction and social skills, which I thoroughly enjoy. Guest queries and problem solving are my strong points.

Excellent curve

it was such a good experience and excellent learning curve to work with the cumpany stuff, i have learnt a lot of things like communication skills,hand work skills abd to work as a group. i also learn a lot on refregiration systems and on project because i was being taught by the mannanger himself.

Good experience

Working at uShaka Marine World it an amazing environment, colleagues,guest's and work.They teach everything that they do on daily basis,if they attend meetings you are also there,training you are invited and events.But sometimes it so stressful when it pick seasons because the Park it always full and that means a lot of work,working under pressure but that where the team work comes from to help each other with work load.I like that we have events very often where we eat a lot,birthdays and so on.My relationship with my employees was very good it so unfortunate that they don't have space at the moment.

Pros: Great opportunities growing from your level to the other one
Cons: Normal hours (8hours a day)

Excellent learning curve

Extremely busy during the festive periods. Good team spirit around the park. Learnt how to manage events. Fun environment, working outdoors. Too many deadlines for certain tasks. Too many controls.

Great experience

I have learned so many things such as working well with the team, how to deal with customers queries, how to handle unhappy customers, how to work under pressure. I had an excellent relationship with coworkers. Enjoy my work when a customers problem is been solved and the customer is happy.

Pros: I have gain so much experience in customer service and I have grown as a person and employee.

Excellent learning curve

Working for UShaka Marine World is very much exciting as it has made me grow more and know more about day to day running of the park since UShaka is a theme park that comprises wth two exclusive parks namely "wet n wild" and Sea world. Excitingly the entire Park comprises with more than Ten(10) departments which ensure the smooth sailing of this company.
