Gave a stepping stone into my current career
Really enjoyed what I did daily recently as a Business Analyst for the CAF department. The team was tight knit and we really worked together. My colleagues made it easy for one to go to work on a daily basis.

Great learning environment
it has agreat journey and an opportunity to work within the organisation and through the changes that took place which taught me that chages is not a bad thing but it needs to be embraced . being part of the organisational culture which drives one to push themselves further than were you are .

Excellent experience
I worked for 8 hours and it includes 45 minutes lunch, i would start by 7h00 sharp and knock off by 15h30 My relationship with my colleagues was very good I have learnt customers loyalty that is very important I would enjoy to draft the letters and them to the master of high court The most challenging part was when the clients swearing at you

I have a vast experience in Leading & Managing the delivery\supporting of managed services.
Great learning environment The banking environment pushers one to be able to work well under immense pressure. During my time in my current compony, ive learned to deal with all level of senior executive leadership, from business to IT management. Ive also learned to be able to support and really on my team. I enjoy interracting with people and resolving complex issues.

Like doing my CFE I am not scared to take on any challenges
I am one of the best Risk Mitigation officers in the country and working with recovery in home loans and vehicle finance but also getting to deal with fraud cases and tracing. I have done my CFE to move into that area and use my skills and experience to also be the best in that profession.

Excellent company to work for
My company is a good stepping stone to get into the banking industry , The work i currently do as a SQ specialist is exciting and something iv always wanted to do since i started , I have a good working relationship with my colleagues and management , I have learned alot of skills to assist me in the corporate industry. The challenging aspect of my job is getting buy-in from stakeholders

A Day in ABSA
My most challenging aspect was the language barriers, so to ensure that understanding was there and that all parties was on par I would encapsulate all meetings held and email step by step information as well as the detailed minutes of the meeting, with actions and dues dates. If feedback was required this would be added to the meeting minutes so that feedback and timelines are kept. I enjoyed every aspect of my work, no matter how challenging i would seek advice and try to find solutions that fits all.

Managing and motivating
A strong leader with the ability to put together a warm welcome, great service and fantastic. I act with integrity and professional, it is importance to go extra mile for the customers. I am highly knowledgeable and passionate about service and managing a team, as a true professional, I am highly ambitious and willing to learn and further myself within a role. During my career, I have been promoted from Branch administrator to specialist manager.

Hardworking
I have a National Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Johannesburg and I am currently registered at Unisa doing my Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences (CTA). I completed my experiential learning to fulfill the National Diploma requirements in 2017 in several Government departments including private sectors and I would like to advance my career knowledge and skills. I am hard working; enthusiastic; eager to learn; ambitious; goal oriented personality; good interpersonal skills; problem solving; good communication skills; people skills; computer skills Bas , Logis, Persal, Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Excel and Pastel Evolution); open minded; committed and responsible; able to work under pressure; team worker and have good leadership skills.
