Good working experience
I had a good relationship with with my coworkers and management. I had a good experience on working with customers and how to handle angry customers everyday. I also enjoyed working on site looking for business though it was not easy. ABSA is a good company to work for.

Excellent
I was employed by Absa bank 10-15years ago, I resign because I wanted to start my own company, but now my company is not doing well. So am looking for employment, my duties at Absa bank where Marketing, open the new account, preparing will for clients, preparing investment documents, and writing policy's for clients, every morning I use to go to the tellers to fetch the leads for the day, handle diary, answering phone, processing claims for clients, and admin. It was a happy and exciting environment we where working hand in hand with my core worker's. I learn how to communicate with people and respect one another. When we meet our target, the challenging expects was to meet deadline and load the information on the system as quickly as you can.

Established banking career
Absa bank has given me an excellent environment to learn and grow. Support is amazing from senior management and open communication not limited to one department but across spectrum. My experience working in difference areas of the business have expose me to new opportunities to explore and made me aware of my strength and weaknesses. I enjoy leading teams and drive them to be high performers. I also like to ensure that while doing so, there are set of beliefs and values that are agreed on and upheld to make sure that the environment is pleasant for all to work in.

Great learning opportunity
To identify, review, investigate, and resolve fraud activity and risks. Review transactional activities, respond to internal/external inquiries, and perform preliminary investigations. Detect, prevent, and mitigate potential fraudulent activity which may target clients’ personal identifiable information and financial assets. Provide recommendations to management for improvements and changes to current fraud detection systems, methods and policies. Support multi-channel customer correspondence by responding to incoming customer inquiries and resolving customer issues regarding fraud screening, account review, and charge back support. Utilizes multiple computer systems to effectively research and resolve issues. These systems include Falcon, Xport Decisions Systems, CIES Fraud Operations, fraud mitigation tools and 3rd party reporting to assess risk and decision order.

I am a well matured young lady who enjoys to create new networks with people that is my strong character. I don't give up easily I stand for what I have said. I live by a good example to those who watch me. Self motivated person, I am on handling pressure.
Pros: I am looking forward to the company that will offer opportunities for improvement and growing.
Cons: I donmt mind on offering long hours as long a I am offering an excellent service to the client and meet my deadlines on time.

Excellent benefits
Good company,excellent benefits pressure too much risk of working with peoples money and fraudulent accounts and or money launderers always being up to date with new scams and always being vigilant to check id and payslip alerts of the robbery and the processes always have to be on your toes to make sure that work is done on time queries done feedback done calls made and good customer service,not compromising or putting our customer in a bad situation

Always an excellent learning opportunity
I enjoy additional value to people's life, changing families outcome. I get an opportunity to change people's course in life for the better. I get to have relationships with people from all walks of life. Having buddies in different departments, makes clients experience that much easier.

I have good working relationship with staff. Very accurate and panctual. Can work under pressure. Handle work load very well. Have learnt a lot dealing with clients complaint and resolving issues. Staff disciplinary and conduct. Have learnt lot doing Judgments for Acting Judge Good Organising skill , functions, board meeting, workshops and conferences. Efficient and very neat .

Good experience with lot of learning
Absa is a good place you want to grow in all ways. It gives you enough opportunities to skill up yourself and be motivated at the same time. They are always eager to get the latest technologies for betterment of its customer service and giving a fair input in South Africa's development.
