I've worked for a bank for over 15 years and gained experience and lots of training.
Working at a bank exposed me to many many financial products that makes people's lives much easy.lt thought me to work with a team of 15 different people with different backgrounds,that there truly is no "l" in a team because together is much better for better performance and achieving our targets. I worked with attorney firms, auctioneers, liquidators and insolvency practitioners amongst others.

Welcoming Environment
i am currently working in the Fraud Department, temping under an agency. i started of as an Internet Banking Agent moved to Fraud, which is a very challenging department, where one has to assist client and be able to think on your feet. i have learnt a lot from the atmosphere, great how we assist each other on the floor.

Growth and learning curve
As a sales Consultant I enjoy analyzing of the bank statements given credit to clients education clients about different bank products and give them advice on their finances. I work well with the team I was a team player ensures that we achieve our targets. I have learned how the bank operates and how they make money. I enjoyed working with clients as you learn lots of clients behavior. Most challenging aspects is when the is no walk ins they you have to come up with the strategy on how to reach your target

I love working as a team or an individual What I love most is helping people and see them succed from the knowledge I have shared with them I am very flexible and friendly The strongest strength I have is good communication I have learned that in life you don’t have to be self centered,you need to also think of other human beings especially if they need help ,that way your life would be much easier as you would be making the world a better place My everyday inspiration words are :Never give or Rest until you have got what you wanted . I have a really good relationship with my colleagues

Excellent customer service
Avaf is a challenging however exciting department to work for, this department requires one to be mentally and emotionally strong, we deal with motor industry’s F&I managers. Holding sales meeting on a weekly basis to strategize on our weekly targets, driving day to day production, units and value added products.doing dealer and branch visits to support our stockholders.
