Performance management
I have good organization skills and work well under pressure. I am a team player with the ability to communicate verbally at all levels, with the main objective being customer care & service. I have a real talent for dealing with people and I am always eager and willing to learn. Taking the initiative when faced with different challenges is one of my strong character traits. . I want to assure you of my definite interest in a position and should my application be successful I will serve the company with utmost dedication

Perfect experience earned there
I have work there with a very friendly and o-operated staff there. I was mostly involved at a cession called hosting whereby I was interacting with clients selling of product there. my relationship with my co-workers was very nice and enjoyable as many of them are mostly friendly as I said earlier. at Absa I enjoyed the most when we were at the risk meeting whereby matters of safety were discussed there as that shows me that they know very exactly that they financial institution are working under a sensitive case of peoples money. the most challenging aspect it was when the client making his/her problem being mine.

Excellent learner
Work effectively with dealing with client, understanding that customer comes from different background, with different peronalities, learning the team but as individual at the same time. the relationship it grows differently beacuse you need to understand a person not stirotip. being a team player bring out good positive site to the team always when you are around. Enjoy my work because it always different challegies most challenging aspects about my job is when we can not find solution on same day, or tracing where the account not balance at the end of the day.

Im a hard worker and delicate to my work
i do admin everyday capturing client information form the system do new application and quires from different client,followups from the application.I work with different people with different character and i work with them very well because i treat people with respect and don t take everything personal, what i learn i must know all the department from my work station and i enjoy my job because i interact with people. the most challenging aspects is when we don't reach our target

NEW OPPORTUNIIES
I AM VERY PROUD TO SAY THAT IVE BEEN WORKING FOR ABSA FOR ALMOST 5YEARS NOW. IVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE LEARNING THE BANKING INDUSTRY AND HOW IT WORKS. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE BUMPS ALONG THE ROAD I MANAGED TO BEAT THE ODDS AT ALL COST. I WORK VERY WELL WITH MY CO-WORKERS AS WE RESPECT ONE ANOTHER AND CARE FOR EACH OTHER. MY MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS ABOUT THE MY JOB IS DEALING WITH PEOPLES PERSONALTIES IVE LEARNT THAT NOT ALL OF US ARE THE SAME AND THEREFORE IVE LEARNT TO BE MORE SENSETIVE TOWARDS PEOPLES FEELINGS.WHAT I ENJOYED MOST ABOUT MY JOB IS MEETING DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND HAVING CONVERSTIONS WITH THEM SOME END UP BEING YOUR FRIENDS.

Exellent learning curve.
ITS ALWAYS FULL AT WORK WITH QUEUES AND WE ALWAY MANAGE TO HELP ALL OUR CLIENTS THROUGH TEAM WORK.MY WORKING RELATIONSHIP IS WONERFUL WE TRUST EACH OTHE AND HELP EACH OTHER WITH EVERYTHING SO THAT WE CAN ALL ACHIEVE.I HAVE LEANRNED ALOT HOW TO HANDLE IRATE CUSTOMERS AND TO SLOVE QURIES AND TO PUT THE CUSTOMER AT THE CENTRE OF WHAT I DO AND ALWAYS GIVE FEEDBACK.I ENJOY HELPING POPLE THE MOST EXPEACIALLY OUR ELDERLY PEOPLE.MOST CHALLENGING IS COMPLIANCE BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE COMPLIANCE PART.

Adapts to change positively, eager to learn new things.
My role is to ensure that branches follow policies and procedures. I have to support the branch by ensuring that the daily operations are done, getting read for audit with no findings. I have a great working relationship with my co- workers, i have build relationships and always willing to assist. What i enjoy most about the role is the discipline it brings. The most challenging aspect of the job is ensuring that all the branches achieve 100% operations, what makes it challenging is the different personalities of leaders.
