Cons: Lack of recognition for hard work. Long hours, not enough compensation.

Great working environment

importance of the great relationship and teamwork with colleagues, I learnt to deal with worse, bad and good work experiences including the clients experiences. How to handle different kind of individuals wether colleague or client, and along the way I had lots of fun and lots of awarding moments which were my highlight. to learn the trails and behaviours of a workplace, which I only learnt the best, and my first motive was always to grow and move so that I can experience and learn a lot inside and outside of absa. It thought the importance of the great relationship and teamwork with colleagues, I learnt to deal with worse, bad and good work experiences including the clients experiences. How to handle different kind of individuals wether colleague or client, and along the way I had lots of fun and lots of awarding moments which were my highlight.

Working experience

Willing to work 24/7 Can work in a group and form good relationships with co-workers I enjoy working with people and give the best customer service possible I take responsibility for my mistakes and is willing to learn new products Irate clients is the most difficult aspect of the job

Good

The company is very small and easy to lean new things working well with the colleagues and the customer service is very awesome. And I enjoy working with their customers
