Been stuck for 12years, I even resigned to study Hospitality Management.

Working with people is excellent for me I am a team layer. My job is not challenging me at all. I decided to leave and go to study Hospitality Management at the Private Hotel School, and I am looking forward to working again.

Myself

g I get along with all my co-workers. I enjoy learning new things on a daily basis and gaining the knowledge required. I enjoy seeing the completion of a specific project or task that needed to be fulfilled beginning to end with success.

Personal growth

good company lot of growth and excellent co-workers I've done different roles , which i learn a lot working with direct customer , working with a team , working back office alone. learn how to deal with client/ customer as their all differs professional manner business language and behavior client confidentiality group culture.

Great exposure to working in various portfolios and developing multiple skills

You tend to work relatively independently with minimal supervision but in cross functional teams as per project or portfolio need. I am trusted to deliver on time and to quality and act professionally with my clients so they view me as a trusted partner and adviser. I face various challenges on a regular basis, so i have learnt to be flexible and think on my feat to come up with great solutions that satisfy the client and fall within cost and time deadlines

Worked on Absa brand and name change

Hi , this company was best to work but due to lockdown I lost my job aas Absa , and this was one of best company I wanted tmy relationship with coworkers was really good and we wowe all used to help each other s in there work sometimes.o continue working decided to hold on projects for

No real growth opportunities, but excellent in broadening your skills

you hav ethe right to ask questions.Get paid for working overtime. Balance life does not exist,When you make a mistake, it Is a big thing can get you into trouble. rules and regulations are put in place by central point anf filtered down.

Great salary, company benefits and retirement.

The company is great but our superiors were gready and treated us bad. They didn't carr more about your health or how you feel. The team leaders make the company looks bad, if they don't like you or feel intimated by you it's a problem

Working long hours

Working long hours. works night shift, hardly see everyone. call Centre skills. working remotely. working weekends including public holiday. if you enjoy sales, then this place is for you. if you are an introvert, night and late shifts is for you
