Decent salary

Decent salary and banking benefits. There has been major restructuring, the effects are still to be seen in the near future Much of the leadership has changed. It’s like s new bank

The Journey

Everyday was very inciteful and informative. I had a good relationship with my co-workers was very good and some of them became very good friends with them. The training and experience I gained made me an expect. I learned how to handle irate customers and assist them to their outmost satisfaction. As time went I got a promotion to lead a small team for a project at my department. When I moved to the fraud department , that was when I was trained to be a fraud investigator. the culture of the company, the team buildings, environment. I did find the job challenging was i enjoyed being kept on my toes, and due to the great team and training that we had it made the work more easy.

Full of opportunities for growth

Great to work for. Emphasis on quality of work vs quantum Hard workers are noted and opportunities made available to them. Workers friendly and approachable and typically go the extra mile. Most challenging aspects is getting a number of stakeholders to agreement on priority items to be tackled and the necessary funding for it.

Great experience

It was a great opportunity and learning curve to work there, great and productive environment.The only reason a had to leave was because of being treated unfairly as I felt that I was denied opportunities for growth.

Other areas of expertise include applications such SAP HCM and People Fluent and roles such as project management. I have experience working SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.
