Self driven
I am very much goal driven and can achieve any task at hand within expected timeline. I have worked on a very high pressure project and handled the pressure with ease. I have both testing and BW experience and currently on a Financial services project

Exposure to different processes
Accenture is a global company with a lot of skills available to tap if needed. The pace is high and requires one to constantly think and adapt. The company offered me growth in the areas of resource planing and management.

New Challenges at every project.
The company provides opportunity for growth. Senior management are generally friendly and easily accessible. Colleagues are great with a very open and friendly culture. HR policies and employee well being is still an issue. No company contribution for medical or pension

Accenture is a high pace consulting firm which provides experience in large scale IT implementations across multiple industries. You will be able to gain experience in specific industries or skills in technologies such as oracle, sap, aws…etc

Forward thinking equal opportunity employer
Edcon was an exceptional organisation to work for. What I love best is the forward-thinking innovative leadership style that has helped shape so mum of the leader I am today. A typical day includes strat sessions wherein Hr contribute and hone in on operational efficiencies jointly working on solutions. Improvements or amendments are taken back to my Hr team where we divide and conquer. Succession planning, coaching and leadership development are my strong points, seeing employees evolve grow and become the best version of themselves is definitely the most rewarding part of my job. An area that I would possible focus more on and I guess if Edcon were in a better financial position they would, would be significant investment in Women in leadership programmes as well as diversity and gender bias issues in the work place.

Character building
Great opportunity to catch up with colleagues over morning coffee we have worked together since the inception of the project we are like family, the work environment is very much SLA driven so being able to manage your time is key in order to deliver on the required and set deliverable I enjoy working on problem resolution that arises in my daily activities as they require different actions in order to resolve which keeps things interesting for me. The challenge was to find the balance between managing time to collaborate on other projects and to keep to the required deliverables on my current project. I have learned that developing a work ethic is very important to achieving set goals and that working as a team has a lot of advantages one being you are exposed to other ways of resolving workplace issues.

Excellent experience
Have a great working relationship with my co-workers I have learned on how to deal with irate customers and continuously providing feedback Constantly educating my self with the provided learning materials Constantly requesting feedback from third parties and being unable to continue with work with out feedback from third-party
