Great opportunity to learn
It is great to work for the company that I am working for as you get to interact with a lot of people other from overseas , you get to learn how other countries do things. I work from Monday to Friday, no weekends and no holidays of which I enjoy. Communication is key and one is encouraged to respect other and respect your job. I enjoy interacting with my fellow worker.

Best Experience to accumulate
Accenture its a great company where you can work flexible hours and deliver best results to clients. Its the greatest company that teaches how clients should be handle and teaches that clients are our first priority. Colleagues are friendly and self driven and has potential clients that understand that we value them.
Pros: I got converted from internship program to permanent employee

Good ideology
it is a training company. Work with technology and improving innovation. I interact with different people and give support to our clients. Open plan office st up not really interaction with co-workers.

Learning is a must
Day to day working is good as one learns new things daily and working in a team provide a diversified working environment.After long day of frustration as code is not working, error free relieves me and gives me joy.

Excellent learning opportunities
i work from 8:00-17:00 , Monday to Friday. we work as a team and as individuals. i and my colleagues help each other in terms of brainstorming. i have learned the basics of HTML,CSS and JAVA-SCRIPT. i have also learned office etiquette(how to behave in work environment). i have also learned how to control my emotions in a workplace(being emotional intelligent). i have enjoyed being in a corporate environment whereby we share ideas and learn new skill everyday. the most challenging aspect of the job is that i always have to solve the problem and not bring any problems.

It was an excellent learning curve to work at accenture for the past year, i got an in-depth look and practical experience in how the industry works and is expected of me at this point in my career.

Experience in new areas of call center
During my time at Accenture I was given a 3 month contract by a certain recruiter in the beginning of 2018, they gave me a 1 month extension but then the contract ended in April 2018. I was then given another opportunity later in 2018 by another recruiter for Accenture, and I've had a wonderful experience doing customer service. I found out I really enjoyed helping people especially in getting customers to have a better understanding of the products and services I had to offer.
