I have a vast knowledge and skill in financial services sector
currently I'm in customer services admin department, our responsibility is to respond to email complains(helopeter, social media, credit ombud and so on)and query(general queries). my key drive is to ensure that I respond to query using effective business language and also making day to day query resolution turn-around time. I'm a chairperson of motivation team that bring ideas to cultivate staff motivation and ensuring that there is a common understand on business requirements
Pros: when I project as a team leader in cusotmer services call centre.
Cons: the longest hours i have worked it was from 07h00-20h00 because of pick season.

Good skill development

Good Communication skills
As a new graduate and an employee, I am always looking for a new challenge and extensive training to grow my knowledge and experience. I currently have experience Automation testing and Manual testing and would like to broaden my career and knowledge with the skills I have acquired. As the ambitious person I am, I am currently studying my BTech part time on Saturdays and I have two diplomas in IT obtained from a college and a University. My passions lie in the development and testing fields, either software or analysis but is definitely not limited due to IT being such a broad field I am open to new challenges. I believe I am a strong communicator, I am very independent, dynamic and motivated. I have the passion and drive for my career and even better, the knowledge and skills of the graduate position. Therefore, I do believe that I would be the suitable candidate for this position.

Good company remunerations
Edcon has been a good company, with benefits that suited employees. Even though the salary increase was a bit below what was expected. Medical was subsidised, knowing that you covered. Birthday gifts were provided on a yearly basis, which kept the employees happy.

Excellent
Working 8 hours a day we had a healthy relationship,I’ve learned that communication is key to success,I enjoyed assisting customers and solving their problems and one the most challenging aspect was to deal with an angry customer which I always mange to put a smile on their faces
