Excellent environment to work in and uncapped commission with a lot of hard work
A typical work day includes making more than my target of sales per day , assisting those who are struggling to close a sale and doing my admin work, my colleagues and i have a awesome relationship as im always willing to help other in which i have been assigned to train those who struggle with closing sales, We get along very well. What ive learnt in my current work is that without hard work ,dedication and lots of practice you cant improve yourself , no matter how good you are there is always someone better so thats why you keep your head high and always improve yourself. What i enjoy the most would be the ability to close as many sales with uncapped commission, which basically means i can always do better than last month ,

Learning curve
communicating with client on the regular. pitching the product and handling rejection. i worked in admin for 1 year and i handled all filing,printing, clients details . i can handle work and excel and power point excellent.

A must have experience
Vibrant call centre, I have a good relationship with my co-workers we all get alone awesomely and motivate each other and assist where we can. I enjoy communicating with people and this platform allows me to speak to clients all the time. Best of all I assist clients with affordable medical cover which gives them piece of mind knowing that they have access to private facilities for themselves and their families. It's not always a walk in the park although I enjoy those particular clients who challenge me on a call keeps me on my toes.

It was an experience
It was an excellent experience An opportunity to learn about cold calling and insurance industry. Very little opportunity for growth. I didn’t want to work on the sales floor but I was inference no alternative. I feel like I could have excelled in other positions

Challenging
Working with sales agents is a bit challenging but I enjoy working with them, there is never a dull moment. I have learnt a lot. I believe I have a good working relationships with my collegues and superior. I love working within the admin department though I would love to grow career wise in the near fu ture.

It was a new company with a very youthful environment.
Duties and responsibilities. : After training, cold calling was my main responsibility until such time that I had signed a client. After which you are assigned warmer leads that you call, tell them more about the medical insurance that the company offered (sales pitch) and if they are interested then I would fill out an application form over the recorded line and take the clients details down on CRM after closing the clients I send through the sale to QA (Quality assurance agents) to check validity of the sale.
Pros: Very tight knit team
Cons: Commission only and it's only 3.25%
