Good learning curve
The HR department gives much support to the employees. The feeling of meeting targets and heading a strong team is much fulfilling. I have learned to manage my time effectively and to produce the best results. The end of the month reporting and pressure from Agents who were mistakenly short paid, was more challenging, and being able to solve the problem have me a feeling of fulfillment. Having to meet deadlines with short staff was very challenging but through effective communication with the managers and all parties involved, we manage to pull through. In spite of misunderstandings sometimes, The team spirit we had was heart warming. Thank you
Pros: Opportunity.for growth was there, but took a long time.

Able to work under pressure and adapt to change easily
I am seeking to grow and expand , I am adaptable and have extensive experience in customer liaison with regards to sales and tele marketing.I have worked in the airport went over to logistics and now I am currently in health insurance.
Pros: Great environment and relevantly close to home
Cons: Growing within the company is quite difficult ,as the company as different departments within if you transfer over the salary remains the same

I work exceptionally well with people
I am very enthusiastic and energetic, however very straight forward, I work well under pressure and I am looking for change and George is a beautiful place.
Pros: The commsion structure is amazing, there are incredibly incentives, all overtime is paid double, all staff receive a mid year bonus, depending on performance.
Cons: No real procedures and policies in place

Excellent Learning curve
I am a 30 Year Old Female that has been in the Sales and Administration field for 10 years and has since met every challenge and target set out for me. Excellent growth and skills development.
A constant knowledge and skills development. Plenty of room for growth and to teach co-workers your knowledge and experience. A fast learning environment. Basic Administration skills, cash ups, sales training, sending commissions.

Great Communication Skills
Working at Affinity Health was a good experience. I was a receptionist and interacted with most of the staff members and got along so well with most of them. Usually when they came in I would take their temperature and sanitize them. I enjoyed most meeting different types of culture and religions. How the people were and what they liked and didn’t like. I’v learnt to communicate more and if something doesn’t sit well with me I must express it.

Dealing with stakeholders on a daily basis. Assisting with HR and IR queries Loading of new engagements onto SAGE 300 Liaising with clients and employees with HR related queries Drafting warnings

Ok company to work for
It is an ok company to work for, if there is no favouritism involved. It's a young company with a big staff turnaround with the sales department because of the salary structure.
