Gained valuable knowledge
I enjoy working in finance. I have 9 years experience in Credit Control. I startrd off as a Credit control administrator. Thereafter i was promoted to a Credit Controller. I worked under various regions in Ceedit Control. I dealt with individual clients then insurance companies such as First for Woman,Santam,Oakhurst etc. After a few years i got promoted to a Corporate Credit Controller dealing with big companies such as all the Imperial groups,Coca Cola,Biddulphs,KWS Tanker Services etc . My duties were : Maintenance of the debtors book Collection on outstanding monies Dealing with queries telephonically, via email and personal meetings with clients Drive out to collect monies and bank it if necessary Drive out to resolve queries Invoicing Prepare documentation such as credit notes Debit notes Journals Eft's Reconciliations Helpdesk notes Book value R10mil Have knowledge of Vlook up Pull reports Work on the bank statement

Excellent learning career
it is the great opportunity for me to be an apprentice, were i learnt stater, alternator, battery, the wiring board,hard starting. and it was good to work with different kind of technicians to install different kinds of tracking devices.i enjoyed my apprentice mostly when we were at AA technical were we come across different type of tests with students from different companies. the most challenging part of my apprentice was the time were we have to install trackers by ourselves while we were still learning but we end up enjoying our job.

A company that i can be a benefactor, and apply my knowledge
My typical work days is when the staff is unhappy about their QA score, I end up with unnecessary disputes because the staff is believed to be marked down for no reason. There are times where you find an individual that believes they have made mistakes. The relationship with my manager is a solid one.

I have several years of experience in a variety of fields including insurance and finance. I have strong business acumen, curbing churn driven & world clients service provider
Mostly at field where im practicing now we work based on targets and out 12 months that ive been here i achieved 99 percent of that course im team played who adapts quickly to change to suits business requirements. Business changes time to time so to be a perfect fit to any drastical changes that the business is willing to take, you need to educate yourself not only within your organization but within the sector your based in. Interest rates and markets change can be challenging at times. Working as team to meet the business objectives thats what drives me within the organization.

I am self motivated and hard worker
I like credit control work because is challenging everyday there is something new I learned and is not 8 to 5 work you must be willing to put extra hours. I like resolving queries and make sure that our clients are happy at all times. I am target oriented and I treat every account like is a diamond. I am a team player.
Pros: I want to grow with the company and learn the system so that I can help others when they need help
Cons: I always put extra hours because it helps me to reach my target
