Good starting point

Altech Netstar has a really good foundation of which 1 can start their career. Growth opportunities are very seldom but should the opportunity arouse then internal members can be able to apply for the post. The company does train and groom there staff to become leaders in the business in order broaden their perspective and knowledge.

Pros: good foundation grounds
Cons: very rare growth opportunities

Unhappy

Underpaid and no growth , this company previously promised some growth but I have been in the same position for 4 years with no growth in terms of IT and that is a big problem for me I do not want to work here anymore as I want to be in a more IT orientated environment and I feel it's not productive to stay here

Cons: Long hours and extensive travel and no growth

Excellent team work

I have learnt a lot about team work,also to work under pressure.I also learnt anout time management,to always be on time ay work everyday, resoect co workers.
