Typically work on daily is doing Legals and attending breakdowns,the is a good relationship with coworkers when help needed they assist, there is so much I learnt how to be independently,how to work with people under pressure and how to deal with the pressure.the challenge on job in my case was working under labour and it makes the job take little bit longer than expected

Hard working and fast learner
I am a team working, i am willing to learn from other. I enjoy sharing ideas at work.My job at the moment is challenging because we are working with sensitive issues, so i must keep confidentiality every time, not even to talk about it to my family.
Pros: I am growing within the company because each and every time they are taking us to courses related to work.
Cons: I sometimes work long hours because of the nature of my job, but not paid for that and its doe not bother me because its a challenge.

Strong, motivated and effective
It is a great company to work for. There is a lot o. There a many people that you can learn from. I have learnt a lot about technical analysis, fault finding and problem solving. Excellent company and great growth
It's exciting busy challenging. Looking forward to growth opportunitis and updated progress to work on.Currently on an internal leadership course. It's really interesting Export procedures Junior management experience. Such a huge cultural environment always interesting and so much to learn.

I'm a fast learner easy to implement and have a good team worker
I have electrical engineering n2 with an experience at Anglo mine as a contractor. I also have mqa safety representative certification. I can work overtime as long as there is a progress within the company

Development and Growth
There is growth and development, but I'm currently working as a fixed term contract I'm working long hours 6am to 15PM including Saturdays I'm getting along with my co-workers as I like to work in team, I'm learning new things everyday I just love what I'm doing The most challenging job is acting on the position of the supervisor in where you are not trained for or to work with a difficult boss

Mechanical fitter
General mechanical fitting maintenance, fixing and assembling pump, gearbox, feeder, valves, replacing bearings,aligning motors , assembling crushers. Im also doing some turning jobs for other guys
