Dedicated individual who believes in team work and leading by example
My current job requires the daily analysis of risk based on occurrences and leading indicators. My co workers are made up of multi disciplines all working as a team to achieve set goals. I have learnt that in life there are more than one way to address an issue, its critical to consider all view points before making a decision. I enjoy the broad range of knowledge accessible working in a multi disciplinary environment. A major challenge is keeping of with change management in the work place.

Excellent Hard Working
I am a hard working person who likes to communicate and co-workers and help one another. Working together as Team with co-workers make our job very easily and asking question to the superior if you don't understand something makes my job very easy , I become very proud when co-worker is struggling and I give them help with job where its necessary I have learned a lot when I was studying at University of Pretoria , and again while I was still working at Anglo American Platinum Mines. I enjoyed when I was working at Twickenham Mine and was chosen to join the Rebuilding of Machines Team, there where I was doing all orders and planning on the other hand , doing follow-up of all requisitions and purchase order numbers ,deliveries of all spares I was ordering. It was challenging and while I was studying with University of Pretoria doing Programme In Engineering Management Course.

Good company to work and learn
i have learnt a lot during my ten years with my current employer, it is a good company to work for. i have been exposed to training and development programs. I have developed a good relationship with all the stakeholders ( unions and line managers); my typical work is comprised of meetings, employee queries, offering advise to line managers, report writing and continuous engagement i have learnt a lot about different cultures, application of the company values. What i enjoyed most about my job is to see someone leaving the office happy and satisfied with the assistance given by the office, as we are on the front line in terms of interaction with all stakeholders. the most challenging aspect of my job is to see an employee not happy even though i tried to assist to my level best, mainly due to some other matters being beyond my control and our office jurisdiction.

Good.
The company is always looking to improve and benchmark in the industry. The people in the company are innovative and improve the professional life of the person and the support to each other. The most challenging thing about the industry is the instability of the working environment.

I enjoy what I do and would like to broaden my knowledge
I enjoy my work as a rigger at anglo . I work very well with all people and always strive to build better relationships as I go forward in life . Rigging is a passion for me . I'm always open for news and better ways in doing a job more effective . Very safety conscious . I'm also part of the mines fire rescue team which is a great achievement for myself

Excellent learning curve
- A typical work day We have very good working temperature making our stopes and other working areas to be efficient environment to be able to do our job as expected. - Your relationship with co-workers Good relationship with my computer workers as mentainig mutual respect and mature response towards the business we in is the key at the end of the day. - What you have learnt Not keeping up with promises dispirit people and that the bonus money points out the determination and ability to give people a push and pull towards successful team. DELIVERY!!! - What you enjoy most The safety campaigns that teaches us and workers to have an open mentality towards the importance of our lives and job saving. - The most challenging aspects of the job Our shafts cage had often break downs delaying the shift and randomly break down of compressed air that would get our drilling not functioning and loose a blast and production. Material and equipment not been delivered on time.

I need a job to make my future be better. This job i think it can make me have my own things and to improve something in my life and at home. i need to get things at my own way. Job can make me change things at home, it can make me happy
