Fast leaner. willing to relocate
in my current company i look at the safety of the people by recommending the kind of support that should be used to make mining environment safe. have to conduct PTOs and stop unsafe working places.

High level of professionalism
Very good relationship with co-workers Proven ability to meet deadlines with an excellent track record of achieving results. Hardworking with excellent stakeholder relationship skills, can work equally well alone or as part of a team. Maintains a high level of professionalism, patience and efficiency to increase stakeholders’ satisfaction.

Putting people first
I work for Anglo American. A company where the passion for Safety and people has always been top priority. The passion has been enstilled in me. Part of my job is to do Needs Alanysis for the various deparments on request, and address the identified needs, by designing tailormade courses, and measuring the results, to ensure return on investment. I drive a higly motivated team. Teamwork is critical to make any projet a success. To earn respect, you need to respect all your colleagues equally. the respect i show to our general manager, I also show to our cleaners. I love seeing people develop from where the used to be, into successful job roles, and seeing the success is what drives me even further. The challenge of my job would be to be able to constantly adapt to change. The only certain thing about any company today, is change. Change should be seen as opportunities waiting to be grabbed.
Pros: Our company allows employees with a vision to become more than what they are, to spread their wings, and do it.
Cons: Working in a Mining environment means you need to constantly remain vigilant, and up to date with constant legislative changes etc.

Excellent learning
Anglo American is a good company, they always couch and in courage us to work safe. I like my current job just that my salary is not enough for me, i have aimed high and i have so many things to accomplish. I enjoy working with my co-workers because we are all working under section 22 and 23, we care for each other. Anglo American has taught me a lot, working with a group it also taught me that i should use safety every where not only at work, safety begins at home.
Pros: anglo American has a great opportunities, like learnerships and promotion.
Cons: we work 8 hours unless is an over time
