I have a very good working relationship with co-workers
Tshabalala is an individual who has pillared himself in the Ventilation & Occupational hygiene of the mining industry in South Africa. I am currently working for Modikwa Platinum mine as Ventilation and occupational hygiene engineering Superintendent since 25 March 2019 to 31 July 2019 I am on a fixed term contract. As a person I have excellent interpersonal skills, always motivated to be at my best performance, reliable and I am very Passionate about what I do as a VOHE professional.

Have a great working relationship with my colleagues Company has an excellent canteen, as well as a gym Provides bursaries for employees Coffee bar with amazing coffee and staff Staff education support Not so many opportunities for promotion Nice offices

Excellent learning curve
Rigging is one of the scarce skills,more especially in the mining industry ,what I have learned is that you must be passionate about rigging,be good in planning too,be a team player and never to take colleagues ideas for granted,one of the challenging career,critical and dangerous trade,above all its a good trade

Excellent learning cury
I loved working with friendly self-driven teams who inspired others and were not afraid to raise their opinion based on my performance, attitude, personality and preferences because I am always ready to diverse and change for better since this is a learning process. My interest was on cloud computing and services but I was always open to getting involved in development teams, analytics team, even project, research teams or even more challenging opportunities. It was was great pleasure to find my self involved in business value-adding opportunities and I was glad to get back to Robotics Process Automation even though I couldn't get a chance to be involved with Uipath or Blue prism.

Industrial Psychologist
I am responsible for change management and culture transformation. I received various awards in the OE space. I faciltitate tembuilding interventions, focus group sessions, culture change initiatives, rewards and recognition as well as monitoring and reporting.
