I strive to achieve more than what is expected of me on a daily basis from both colleagues and subordinates. Maintaining god relationships and generating a support base. I have grown from strength to strength obtaining new skills and experience on a daily basis. I have learnt new systems, applications, methodology, strategic focus, planning, Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal skills. I am forced daily to develop new resolutions to achieving targets, even if it may have been done multitudinous times. Exploring all possibilities and avenues and up-skill myself along the way.
Pros: Most challenging environments for career growth
Cons: Looking for extended career experience, current state is limiting. Company facing economic instability.

Acting as a supervisor when he is not at work
I am working at accounts payable , and we have deadlines in everything we do, I am team player, I can work independently, I don't need supervision to do my job, I communicate very well with colleagues.
Pros: You get sent to training for any related courses that can build me better.
Cons: We don't have over times but some other Saturday we come to push some work.

Gaining experirnce
We work 8 hours Monday to Friday with weekends being overtime. Typical day is very busy providing assistance to the production team, handling break downs, and performing planned maintenance. relationship with co workers is good, there is respect and team work spirit. I have learned a lot because you are given great responsibilites.
Pros: Great learning opportunies
Cons: Chances of promotion very slim

I have been on a lot of short term contracts on our African site(Tanzania,Ghana,Mali and Guinea)
On a daily basis I work on analyzing our data in the system to ensure that it’s inline with our policies and also advise the team at site if there is anything that they doing good or not doing . I also engage a lot with the Engineering and maintenance team as our main function is to give them 100 % service at all times and to see how we can improve our service offering to them on a continuous basis. Working with a very diverse team has taught me a lot in terms of giving respect to all members either at head office or at site. This has also taught me to understand how we operate differently based on our cultural beliefs. I enjoying interacting with all levels of management down to the junior staff members as that always ensures that there’s alignment in what has to be done at all times. Most challenging part is to always try to please everyone as I believe that we should always put the company first in all what we do
Pros: Opportunities for growth and furthering my studies
Cons: Not being supported by management in every solutions that I bring up to the table without proper reasoning

There ia no growth were I work
Rhere is no correspondence between my hard work and salary hence growth and development is slow.I work long hours,in uncomfortable working enviroment were there is lack of spares and assistance.

Marketing Management N4 & Marketing Management N5
Working at the company has help me learn all different types of people and their cultures that help me build a good relationship with my workers.we have been thought to respect each other in all the ways treat each other equally. It was a great experience I loved working with them we become a family from different backgrounds. I enjoyed working for my company mostly traveling answering calls being around them was great.I was challenged by being on time as I worked with different people I had to deliver on time even with answering calls must be in order

Excellent learning curve
A typical workday consist of proper planning and organizing to be as productive as possible. I value relationships, and therefore i have trust built and open relationships with my colleagues, i have knowledge of HR and Training related legislation and provide guidance where required. I have learnt that experience is important, you may be able to study but you have to be able to apply the learning in the workplace. The best part of my job is when I completed a job or task and i can see how it added value to the department/company.

Zero prospect for growth
Long working hours due to short staff management not supportive when studying sometimes we run without spares due to management having not paid the suppliers but expecting 100 percent plant availability.
Pros: Less opportunity to grow
Cons: Long working hours without compensation but rather time off which is difficult to get due short staff

I have Grade 12, Electrical NcV level 4,Electrical N4-N5,Electrical Trade Certificate.
I have Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Sciences. After completing my Grade 12, I studied Electrical Infrastructure Construction NCV Level 2-4 each level take a duration of 1 year, after completing that course, I have also studied Electrical N4 -N5. I also did N6 but I never complete , I only have Mathematics N6.after my course. I got Electrical Apprenticeship at AngloGold Ashanti mine. I have also worked as an Electrician for 2 years after completing my Electrical training program that took me 2 years to complete. I was retrenched 19 October 2017. I am currently available at the moment
