Leaning curve

I am a hard worker ,i work very well with my college .Im always on time and i can do any type ofjob in my organization . And im a currently attending meeting of behalf of my supervisor i can also supervise the section on the ubsent of my team leader . I am currently doing a bcom in operation and supply management with Unisa and im doing my second year.

Team Work

Armscor has an excellent work environment where most decisions are made by committees. Team work is encouraged all the times. All employees are highly valued. In fact, it is emphasized that the greatest asset of the organization is its employees.

I've got exposed to a lot of things

My work consist of software development. depending on the workload i have or the number of projects I've been given, i start with what is due soon and then the last 3 hours of work i focus on the projects that are due later. We are a small department so we are close and we always have team building sessions every month. I have learnt to work with large data sets on Python, learnt image processing using python opencv, opencv.js and matlab. I enjoy doing web design, i'm currently busy with 3d modelling using three.js. using three.js is currently the most challenging job i've done so far

Pros: I got exposed to a lot of programming languages
Cons: it's somehow hard to master a certain programming language because i hardly spend a lot of time on it

A good exposure to different discipline

I enjoy working with different people from other discpline.I m a hard worker and want the company to operate properly.I have worked on SAP more than 10 years.I have worked for big companies like Sasol,Air Liquide,PetroSA and Armscor.I have been working to the manufacturing companies for more than 12 years.I have worked in Petrochemical industry.

Diesel fitter

As a fully qualified diesel fitter,i start my day by having small meeting with my workmates where we plan our daily work. then to my work place where i will be doing engine assessment,looking for faults to provide solutions , give report to my supervisor before i start to repair and maintenance .I am friendly person who is willing to work with any one in the work shop to provide high quality of work ,and i love to learn from different people.I learned to respect my job , provide high quality all the times , i learned that every day is an opportunity to learn new staff ,gain more experience,most important is to love what you are doing so that you do every thing out of passion. The most i enjoy is to work with different people different exposures and gaining more knowledge and experiences. The most challenging aspects is when a client /customer is not satisfied with the job after putting your all effort, trying to fix the matter

Cover letter

Typical work day begins with team meetings and project meetings. Submission of weekly plans to line manager. Ensure that all company products and services meet quality standards before they go to market. Their primary responsibilities include understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards and developing quality control processes. Relationship with co-workers is great as we participate in project review meetings and document review sessions. what I have learned is how important is to review your documentation, specification and contract requirements before making a factual decision and not forgetting the user requirements as the customer comes first. What I have enjoyed is working as a team to accomplish user requirements and final testing of the system after acquisition development process. The most challenging aspect is making decisions on behalf of the customer and organisation as a whole and company reputation is always maintained.
