Good company to work for
interaction with clients most of the time, and lots of report writing. I've improved a lot with engaging people at all levels within the organization since I'm in meetings 50% of the time. I enjoy working with my clients, they know they can rely on me. I'm customer oriented. most challenging aspect of my job is when people don't respond on time, which delays my reports.

A great opportunity to learn. Exposure to various aspects in terms of contracting.
Learnt how to handle negotiations on lower level, middle management and on executive level. Travelling to other countries. Learning how different countries manage offsets.

Redefining the art of communication
The role provides an opportunity to change peoples mind-set and instil a positive change towards sustainable development. Through teamwork, anything is possible. Engaging stakeholders and advocating their concerns is central to my job. Budgetary constraints pose a challenge in terms of executing long-term projects.

Excellent learning curve with great mentoship
There is no one to put pressure during the day, you just have to be responsible and committed to your work. Worker are friendly and supportive if assistance is needed. I have learnt a lot including liaising with clients, how to finish a task in time and aspects in both System development and business intelligence. What's challenging is that you have to try your best to complete a given task in a given time.

Groeth and more exposure in maintaining and ship repairs
Understanding of engineering environment and the spares that need to be used when repairing the Ships. The quality that needs to be looked at as the spares we are buying are fixing the ships that are carrying lives of the people.

One gets lot of exposure on different project.
People are great but the management system is so poor. Restructuring is needed to uplift the young upcoming professionals. Review must be done on salry...it favours others but not everyone. Good people are living the company because of the poorr management system. Overall tge environment is not that bad.
