Great learning experience

Aspen is a global company with many opportunities to learn and grow. It's a very positive environment. The co workers are pleasant people to work with.

Growth

The organisation is growing. Taking their business to new frontiers. It is indeed an excellent experience to be part of it's Quality Assurance. Pas-X MES is the best thing that ever happened to me during my tenure as QA Technical Administrator

Excellent learning

collection of outstanding allocation of payment month end report recons filling solve queries sending out statements contra of accounts make sure that the 90 and 120 days are up to date to send POD to customers

Pros: great opportunity to grow and become a senior credit controller, to study feather

Great place to learn

For an entry level, its a great place to learn. Friendly co-workers, always willing to help. I have learnt a lot from basic wet chemistry to instrumentation. Training provided and enjoy learning new things.

Great learning environment

You work hard but you get to know a lot about the sector. You learn fast and you make a few mistakes but they are people always there to assist you when you fall. Not top management though.

Pros: The people on the production floor are full of knowledge and are open and willing to teach and learn.
Cons: Top management doesn't know what they're doing and never involve the people doing the work in their decision-making

Good Teaching ground

It's a decent place to work but the management is draining. Working environment not safe overtime work is forced. Non white individuals are rarely promoted and don't move quickly up the ladder even with the experience and skill.

Great experience indeed

At Aspen Pharmacare I am doing shift 8 hours per day. Sometimes it happen to work double shift. My c work team wis amazing I learn everything in each day. They groomed me and open my mind about everything.

Pros: Work to full fill the campony interest
