Learnig new thing evry day that equip me for my future growth
Learning to work under pressure it not easy but i hard to prove myself that its all about making affort put my mind to any difficult.And develop my skill by learning to my mistake. There bad time n good times Good time when i see my self doing better to my clients leting them mis me when im not around. achieve my Target for month that show my hard working n team working with my colleagues. Bad times when someone tell you that you are goodfor nothing when that person know very well that you hard working person that are challenges i overcome by speaking my mind n focus on what is ib control.

A great opportunity to grow
The company I work for now thought me a lot, including professionalism,reaching set target for sales and collection, understanding and managing people, working under preasure and time keeping. I mostly make sure staff work and is happy daily,I make sure the branch makes profit on a monthly basis and that all issues are sorted fast and sufficient. I answer all emails and report to senior management daily.

Business requires competency but also more importantly, consistent progressive performance.
A day at office could mean lot of things, however to me what I've learnt is that knowing why you are hired, and how one processes problems and provide solutions. And since people are not the same, embracing diversity is one of my found values. In a company of many, teamwork makes results fluid and come faster. I've also learnt that most challenging times can bring out the best or worst in a person, nonetheless, a progressive individual would always strive for the best (and that would be me).
Pros: Where there are targets there could also be goals. A well oiled institution is its people. People are a great resource for any company, having competent ounces is like owning a mine of gold.
Cons: Working days on end or all around the clock isn't much of a problem as long as you hit targets. Sacrifice is a golden mark for progressive people.

Great platform for experience
My name is Timbela Molosi Oh wow I don't even know where to start the branch that I'm working in what a great bunch of craziest nice people .we are one of the busiest branches is all atlas branches we have 173 branches but we the biggest and our target is the largest we are the moving train unbeatable we get along no office gossip nothing we joke about everything we don't know the pressure and stress .I got so excited when I think about how nice it is to work with my team

It's a stepping stone to the future
I'm Dorcas Lerato Motlhala, I'm a service consultant, basically I do administration, sales consulting, customer service, data capturing and debt collector. I've been a sales consultant for 3 years and I was recently appointed as an Employment Equity member , one of the most important and difficult lesson, I've learned during this time is how to create a high-quality working atmosphere for the group of people that I work with, this area is not only where I excel as a service consultant but it is also the area I most enjoy. It is with confidence that I can say I'm very competent at my job and that I will be a good addition to your team in the future.

The most relaxed industry ever you doing same thing everyday .
There is not much challenges in the industry that I'm in right now you doing same thing everyday but where you You work with people I guess there's always surprise s I guess nothing you can't handle if you work with people everyday

Great learning curve and people relations.
Early morning, lots of sales calls to make. Ensure that all the appointments go well. We try our best to reach sales target but with people not always taking loans it gets slow sometimes. We work as a team and help each other with approach and uplifting our spirit. What i enjoy most and celebrate is when a person who really needs a loan for good reasons finally gets aproved and realises that im not a scammer, we also get to travel all over Johanesburg companies speaking to people about our work. We deal with different enviroments and characters and still get the job done without too mich drama.
Pros: Great opportunity for salary increase as theres commission
Cons: Lots of advertising and sometimes dissapointments.

Excellent learning curve
It is a great opportunity to hone in my sales and admin skills. great training and support provided by senior and more experienced agents. have had a awesome time with the company and would advises others to work there for the experience.
